It appears the feature will come to markets outside of China. Just like Google and Samsung, OnePlus has doubled down on adding AI to its catalog of smartphones. Earlier this year, the company launched several AI features on the OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 12 in China. Users are given a choice between allowing personalized ads or paying for an ad-free experience, which the Commission argues restricts user consent.
