Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 vs Apple AirPods (3rd generation): Platform face-off

High switching costs have made it increasingly difficult to jump from one platform to the other. Similarly, Samsung has locked the software features of the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 behind an app that is only available on Android devices.
